Effective October 27, 2026. These terms govern your use of the Harmon Digital, LLC (“Harmon Digital,” “we,” “us”) website. By using the site you agree to them. If you hire us, the proposal or agreement we sign together governs that work, and it takes priority over these terms wherever the two differ.

Using this site

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement to use this site. If you use it for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that company.

Acceptable use

Please don’t:

  • Break any law, or help anyone else do so, through the site.
  • Try to get into parts of the site or our systems you are not given access to, or test them for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
  • Interfere with the site, overload it, or send it malware or spam.
  • Collect content or data from the site in bulk with automated tools, other than ordinary search engine indexing.
  • Give false information, or submit someone else’s details without their permission.
  • Copy, resell or frame the site, or present it as your own.

Our content

The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, video and code, belong to Harmon Digital or the people who licensed it to us. You may view it and share links to it, and use it for your own internal business purposes. Anything else needs our written permission.

Client names, logos and screenshots belong to their owners and appear to describe work we have done. Other companies’ product names and logos belong to those companies; showing them doesn’t mean they endorse us.

Case studies, testimonials and results

Case studies and testimonials describe the experience of specific clients. Results depend on each business, its data and how its team uses what we build, so yours will differ, and nothing on the site is a promise of any particular outcome. Figures labelled as illustrative are worked examples, not results we have achieved for a client.

Information, not advice

Articles and other content on the site are general information. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice, and nothing on the site is an offer to buy or sell any security or business. Get advice from a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.

Pricing and proposals

Prices on the site are in US dollars, are starting points, and can change at any time. They are not an offer. What we will build, when, and for how much is set only in a written proposal or agreement that both sides accept.

Booking calls and contacting us

Booking a call reserves a time; we may need to move or cancel it, and we will tell you if we do. Please don’t send confidential information through the site before we have an agreement covering it. Ideas you send us unprompted aren’t confidential, and we have no obligation to you for them.

Referral partners

Our Partners page describes how referrals work, but it is an invitation, not a contract. A referral fee is owed only for a business you introduce that we were not already talking to, that signs an agreement with us and pays us under it, and only on the terms we confirm with you in writing. You are responsible for your own taxes, and we may ask for tax forms before paying. We can change or end the program for future referrals at any time.

Feedback

If you send us suggestions about the site or our services, we may use them without owing you anything.

Other websites and services

The site links to and uses services run by other companies, such as calendars, video calls and social networks. We are not responsible for them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about it, express or implied, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure or free of errors, and the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Harmon Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. They don’t limit anything in a signed agreement with us, which sets its own terms.

Indemnity

If your misuse of the site or breach of these terms leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees, that result.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Utah, and both sides agree to their jurisdiction, except that either side may ask any court for urgent relief to protect its rights. This doesn’t take away any protection you have under the law where you live that can’t be waived.

Accessibility

We want the site to work for everyone and aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. If anything is hard to use, or you need information in another format, tell us through the contact form and we will help.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

General

If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term isn’t a waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.

Contact

For questions about these terms, send a message through our contact form. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
