Flume Internet was managing their entire customer pipeline and operations manually — spreadsheets, email threads, and disconnected tools. We built them a custom CRM on Airtable and n8n that handles the full customer lifecycle: lead tracking, pipeline management, customer onboarding, support tickets, and automated follow-ups. Everything connected, nothing falling through the cracks.
